“My name is Jennifer (Niffer is a nickname). I have two young wonderful children and a disabled Army veteran husband who is struggling with ALS. This cake I made a couple years ago for a neighborhood block party. I didn’t think it was anything special, just having fun, trying something new, taking a mental break and doing what I love. Goes to show if you have passion, it shows. The inside of this cake was also a rainbow when you cut into it.”
